Objective
After completing the course, the student will be able to
- Draw up contracts proving copyright and ownership of the work for distributors and subscribers
- Prepare Fair use documents, contracts and licenses
- Analyze and prepare contracts related to film productions and maintain necessary sets of contracts
- Compare different contract models and their suitability for the planned production
- To resolve issues related to occupational safety in film production
- Prepare an occupational safety plan
- To evaluate the effects of collective agreements on production
- Describe the factors affecting production from the point of view of risk management
