Objective

After completing the course, the student
- knows different methods of collaboration and facilitation and knows how to evaluate their usability as tools for effective work in the working group and the full participation of the members
- recognizes his or her own strengths and areas for development as a group facilitator
- knows the key principles of future forecasting and future thinking
- identify relevant megatrends, trends and weak signals in one's field
- knows how to use future information and forecasting methods in product development

- The methods and processes of planning and implementing cooperation and group process
- The methods used to guide the group to the desired results
- Tools for developing your own professional skills
- Future foresight work and the application of foresight work in the planning process
- Principles and methods of future research and their importance in own work
- Visionary product conceptualization

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The assessment focuses on working during the study period and the achievement of competence goals. In order to complete the course, the required areas must have been successfully completed. The student knows different methods of cooperation and facilitation and recognizes his or her own strengths and areas for development as a group facilitator. The student knows the key principles of future forecasting and future thinking and knows how to use future information and forecasting methods in product development.
