Learning outcomes
Students are able to work and assume responsibility in a managerial role. Students understand the obligations of a manager and they improve their interaction skills in group situations. They are able to work in the role of a supervisor or team leader in various interactive situations. Students understand what good leadership requires from the manager and the organisation. Students can assess and develop their managerial skills.
Content
Internship prepares students for their future work and they learn to lead teams. In addition to practical training, the course may include lectures and workshops.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Students know the obligations that go with a supervisory position. They can act as group leaders and they rarely need guidance in their work. Students know how to report on their supervisory duties.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Students know the obligations that go with a supervisory position and comprehend the position and significance of a supervisor in a live performance organization. They are able to work as a superior of a small group. Students can justify and argue their decisions and report on the operations of the organization. Students have good interaction skills.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Students are able to apply leadership theories and models in practical work. Students have practical supervisory skills and good interaction and networking skills. Students are capable of working as an expert and a supervisor in a specialist organization.
