Learning outcomes

The student understands the operation of a digital camera and is able to choose appropriate camera settings according to the conditions.
The student is able to use the camera manually and manipulate the exposure.
Is able to evaluate his / her images and is able to post-process them if necessary e.g. with colour and tone corrections in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, can optimize the image for web and print.
The student masters the basics of Photoshop and PowerPoint programs. Using the above programs, the student is able to create a professional PowerPoint presentation of the object or object to be preserved.
The student masters Poster planning, using suitable program and is able to make a simple Poster.

Student workload

In addition to lectures and practical shooting exercises, the course involves working in small groups and completing independent assignments both at the schools studios and in field conditions.

The student is able to outline the main basic concepts of the course topic and knows the related theory at a basic level. The student masters the basics of the course and understands the main content of the course. The student understands the necessary theoretical and applied principles related to the topic. The student is able to acquire information independently.

The student has a good understanding of the basic ideas and concepts of the course topic. The student demonstrates a good theoretical and applied knowledge. The student is able to justify the choices he / she has made expertly, and the practical application proceeds consistently in accordance with the practices of the professional field. The student masters the whole, both in theory and practice, and has achieved a good level of knowledge and skills. The work has been sufficiently independent. The student is able to acquire information independently and is able to critically analyse this information.

The student masters the subject and has achieved an excellent level of knowledge and skills. The student demonstrates excellent theoretical and applied knowledge and is able to apply well what he / she has learned. The student is able to justify the choices he / she has made expertly, and the practical application proceeds consistently in accordance with the practices of the professional field. The student works consistently and independently, showing initiative and creativity.
