Objective

The student can do measurements to find out the operation ??of HVAC systems and devices and report the measurement results and their reliability as well as the conclusions. The student knows how to use the most common measuring and data collection devices and performs the measurements in accordance with the measurement standards in use. The student knows how to draw up a measurement plan to map the functionality of HVAC systems or to collect initial design data.

Content

Measurement standards and instructions. General measurement and data collection devices used in HVAC technology and their use. Evaluation of the reliability of the measurements. Preparation of the measurement plan and measurement protocol. Processing of measurement results, reliability assessment, conclusions, action proposals and their reporting. Consideration of safe working methods in measurements.
