Objective

After completing the course, the student will be able to
- analyse the principles of human resources management and their application in the activities of a team leader
- assess the implementation of ethical principles and equality in the management of services for older people
- analyse the opportunities and challenges of ethical leadership and assess the impact of ethical factors in the development of the work community

Opintojakso on tarkoitettu ensisijaisesti Ikääntyneiden palvelujen kehittämisen ja johtamisen YAMK tutkinnon opiskelijoille. Avoimen AMK;n opiskelijoille varattu 10 paikkaa, RIPA-opiskelijoille 10 paikkaa.
