Content
Vocapolia Choir is open for all students and staff in Metropolia.
Meetings once a week at Arabia Campus.
We make music by singing together in harmony as a vocal ensemble and choir music. We rehearse weekly on campus on Thursdays at 16:30- 18.30. In addition to choir arrangements, we practice vocal control and improvisation skills, for example, using the soundpainting technique. All students, staff, and exchange students of Metropolia are welcome to join the choir.
Teaching methods
Metropolian kuoro, henkilökunnalle, opiskelijoille ja avoimen amkin opiskelijoille.
Laulamme yhdessä moniäänisesti lauluyhtye- ja kuoromusiikkia (pop/jazz).
Harjoittelemme viikottain Arabian kampuksella torstaisin klo 16.30-18.30.
Kuorosovitusten lisäksi harjoittelemme äänenhallintaa ja improvisointitaitoja esimerkiksi soundpainting tekniikan avulla.
Kuoroon voivat osallistua kaikki Metropolia ammattikorkeakoulun opiskelijat, henkilökunta, vaihto-opiskelijat ja avoimen AMK:n opiskelijat.
