Leadership in a student association (5 cr)

Objective

After serving at least one term as a member of the board of Metropolia’s Student Association, the student can:
- set goals for their activities and manage their own time
- assess the strengths and areas for development of their activities and skills
- describe the difference between strategic and operational activities
- do strategic planning, e.g. setting objectives and measuring activities
- be prepared and respond to changing situations
- distribute tasks effectively within the team and delegate responsibly using digital tools
- inspire, encourage and support their team
- interact constructively with stakeholders

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student has achieved the objectives of the course on a satisfactory level.
