Opiskelija ymmärtää oman toimintakyvyn monipuoliset ja -tasoiset syy-seuraussuhteet ja tiedostaa omat vaikuttamisen mahdollisuudet niihin.
Hän osaa hyödyntää monipuolisesti opittuja menetelmiä oman elämänhallinnan kohentamiseksi.
Hän osaa soveltaa tietoja ja testattuja keinoja oman ja tulevan työyhteisön hyvinvoinnin edistämiseen.
100 aktiivisen hyvinvoinnin päivän kokemuksella opiskelija hallitsee terveyden lukutaidon eri tasot sekä motivoituu käyttämään ja soveltamaan niitä.

Teaching methods
An independent online course focusing on your well-being is built on nine themes and tasks based on them. The average duration for each of the nine areas for a student is 1.5 weeks, consisting of 100 days of active well-being.
The Moodle workspace with its materials acts as an online operating environment. 100 Aktiivista hyvinvoinnin päivää (5op), kesä -25 (the link will be announced later).
The themes of the 100 Active Wellness Days are: 23.05.2025 - 31.08.2025.
