Objective
On completion of the course student knows the main principles of modern digital systems as well as the structure, operation, design and application of digital circuits and devices and is able to set-up and put in work e. g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi etc. The student can do conversions between number systems and binary calculations. The student can also analyze, design, build and test combinational and sequential circuits. Students understand the structure and operating principles of a conventional microcontroller. He or she can write simple programs in assembly language.
