Objective
The student will be introduced to creating and implementing strategy in a dynamic, competitive business simulation. The student understands the most common challenges in different business functions and is able to analyse significant amounts of data to support decision making. The student understands and can make decisions related to business operations, as well as finance and accounting issues.

Assignment outline: working in teams, students analyse the competitive environment from a number of angles to create and implement a strategy and then report on their company's progress in meeting strategic objectives.

Teaching methods
An advanced business simulation game in which teams of students will need to create and implement a strategy to guide decisions related to operations, finance, and marketing in a competitive, dynamic environment.
Learning outcomes of the course:
The student has experience in creating and implementing strategy in a dynamic, competitive business simulation. The student understands the most common challenges in different business functions and is able to analyze significant amounts of data to support decision making. The student understands and can make decisions related to business operations, as well as finance and accounting issues.
