The student understands how to use InfraRYL in calculation.
The student can apply the principles of cost estimation in planning and on the site.

In addition to the previous criteria, the student
- can produce a quantity list based on a simple plan
- can prepare a tender based on planning material
- understands how cost calculation software works
- understands the importance of change management in a construction project.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
In addition to the requirements listed above, the student
- can calculate costs and quantities in an infrastructure project and schedule these
- can apply procurement legislation
- can prepare a call for tenders for a complex project
- can prepare a tender for a complex project.
