Objective

On completion of the course, the student is familiar with older, either no longer used or partly used, HVAC and electrical
systems, supplies, fittings and appliances as well as their special features from the renovation point of view.
The student knows methods of assessing the condition of older structures and systems in order to decide between preservation and renewal.
The student knows the special considerations in applying building regulations on renovation sites.
