Objective

On completion of the course, the student understands how supervision and quality control in different stages of construction work as a means to ensure that the service systems of the building correspond to the original aims and plans.
The student understands how supervision and delivery acceptance influence the use of the building for its entire life cycle, and is familiar with the related documentation.
The student knows the steps of supervision and delivery acceptance, and can perform the necessary inspections and documentation for one service system.

Content

The construction project and the starting points for construction, preparations, contracting and contract documents, agreements, tasks and responsibilities of different parties, co-operation during construction, acceptance and related steps, HVAC measurements.
HVAC and electrical planning and supervision of planning, preparations for construction, co-operation during construction, solving disagreements, ensuring correct use and functioning of the systems after construction.
