Objective

The student knows the real estate business in the various relations between the parties, and connections, as well as the different perspectives and objectives in terms of real estate.
The course prepares students on the acquisition and development of real estate and user services organization, procurement and tendering.

Content

During project student team plans to existing facilities for the future for a new user to a new purpose -friendly facilities and furnishings , as well as the user draws up the offer of services provided by the user .

Location and time

The teaching schedule can be found in the OMA. Attendance is required for face-to-face lectures.

All material and literature of the course can be found in the Moodle.

Teaching methods

The teaching is carried out as group work, which are formed at the beginning of the teaching. The group work is returned together and the work and the presentation are evaluated.

At the beginning of the course, there is one remote lecture, where the work's topics, instructions and groups are divided. At the beginning of the course, there is also one local lecture in which the project work takes place.

At the end of the course, there is a lecture where the finished project work is presented.

The total number of hours of the implementation is 135 hours, which is divided into face-to-face teaching and the mutual work of the project group.

The student recognises the fundamental concepts and methods associated with the course and is able to solve simple problems.

In addition to above, the student is able to apply the fundamental concepts and methods associated with the course to simple problems in natural and technical sciences.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to above, the student is able to apply the fundamental concepts and methods associated with the course to more demanding problems in natural and technical sciences.

The student recognises the fundamental concepts and methods associated with the course and is able to solve simple problems.

Assessment methods and criteria

The overall grade is based on the returned project work and its presentation on a scale of 1-5. If necessary, the evaluation will be detailed in the Moodle at the beginning of the course.
