Objective

Learning outcomes
The student
- is familiar with the research process and the principles of development work based on research
- is familiar with information seeking and analysis methods applicable to development work as well as other work methods
- understands the justification for methods and instruments used in development work
- understands the significance of concise research knowledge to the development and implementation of common practices
- adheres to the ethical principles of research and development work

Location and time

HUOMIOITHAN OPINTOJAKSOLLE ILMOITTAUTUESSASI, ETTÄ OPINTOJAKSO TOTEUTUU 4 VIIKON AIKANA. OSA OPINTOJAKSON SUORITUKSISTA ARVIOIDAAN ELOKUUSSA.

Opintojakson orientaatio ja webinaarit toteutetaan verkossa tiettynä päivänä, tiettyyn kellonaikaan ja niistä tulee tallenne. Tehtävien palautus ja tentit on myös aikataulutettu (Ks. aikataulu Tenttien ajankohdat ja uusintamahdollisuudet -kohdasta, aikataulumuutokset ovat mahdollisia). Muuten opiskelija suunnittelee itse opintojakson etenemisen aikataulun.

Opiskelija vahvistaa osallistumisensa opintojaksolle olemalla läsnä opintojakson orientaatiotunnilla (vrt. Tutkintosääntö). Mikäli opiskelija ei osallistu orientaatiotunnille, hänen osallistuminen opintojaksolle voidaan evätä.
