Learning outcomes
The student
• is able to evaluate and select appropriate approaches and methods for the research and development of work and working communities in their field of study
• is able to identify the starting points and concepts of the main research and development methods used in their field
• masters the principles of research and development design and the content of a research plan and understands the importance of research design

Assessment methods and criteria
The course evaluation is based on a larger assignment done in small groups. In addition to the larger group assignment, students are supposed to return two smaller individual assignments and one smaller group assignment, in order to pass the course.
