Objective

The student is able to
• work independently and in a team on the basic tasks of their profession, respecting working hours and safety at work
• apply and evaluate their knowledge and skills in practice and understand the importance of labour protection and the environment in industrial/enterprise activities
• explain their tasks and working methods, the activities of the placement site, the work as a whole and the working environment
• knows the basics of job search and labour legislation and recognises the work and career prospects in their field.

Content

The work placement is carried out according to the degree programme’s placement guidelines, so that it is varied and contributes to professional development, progressing from the basic tasks of the profession to more demanding, specialist-level tasks.
1. Lecture(s) on placement and basics of labour legislation
2. Searching and applying for the placement and doing the work placement plan
3. Working in student’s own professional field (quality of placement) at least the length of placement period (quantity of placement)
