Objective
Having studied this course the student understands the importance of customer-oriented sales and marketing and understands the basic marketing terminology of the course. The course includes in the customer-oriented marketing process and its phases. Additionally, course includes the role of IS Services marketing as the focal process of business, the marketing environment and its analysis, and the planning and execution of marketing activities.

Students have achieved the course objectives fairly. Students will be able to identify, define and use the course subject area’s central concepts, models and is able to utilize the most common tools. The student understands the criteria and principles of the expertise development.
