Objective
This comprehensive Network Management course offers an in-depth exploration of network monitoring and management techniques, ensuring students are well-prepared for today's network challenges. Through practical exercises and detailed study, the course covers essential protocols and technologies such as SNMP, RMON, NetFlow, and Syslog, among others.
Students will gain hands-on experience working with a variety of operating systems and platforms, including Windows and Linux, ensuring a broad understanding of network management across different environments. The course also incorporates extensive practical work using VirtualBox and VMware Workstation, providing a realistic and practical approach to learning network configuration, troubleshooting, and management.
This curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills needed to implement, manage, and troubleshoot modern networks effectively. By the end of the course, participants will have tested and worked with key network management protocols and technologies, preparing them for a variety of roles in the IT and network management field
