• Identify important values and motivational factors.
• Be able to identify and articulate areas of interest and career goals.
• Know how to explore various career opportunities.

Teaching methods

Itsetuntemus on yksi tärkeimpiä työelämäntaitoja nyt ja tulevaisuudessa. Itsetuntemuksen avulla on mahdollista kartoittaa itselle sopivia uravaihtoehtoja, sanoittaa omaa osaamista työnhaussa, löytää erilaisia tapoja oman osaamisen täydentämiseen sekä navigoida työelämän muutoksissa. Kurssilla hyödynnetään Osaamisprofiili-työkirjaa. Kurssin tehtävien avulla opiskelija rakentaa itselleen oman osaamisprofiilin, jota hän voi kurssin jälkeen hyödyntää eri tavoin urasuunnittelussa ja työnhaussa.
