Objective

On completion of the course the student can
- make their own skills and competencies visible in their work environment, both face-to-face and in the digital environment
- produce a high-quality and relevant competence presentation in written and visual form
- understand the importance of self-evaluation as part of the continuous learning process and the emergence of a professional identity
- productize their competence and use their portfolio as a tool to develop their proficiency, professional identity and networks

The student identifies themselves as a professional in the field of cultural production and is able to document their development verbally, in writing and visually. The student is able to produce a written and visual presentation of their skills. The student masters the principles of portfolio work.

The student is able to describe their own competence and role as a professional in the field of cultural management. The student can analyze and describe their skills and competencies in a variety of ways, using written, visual and oral communication. The student is able to evaluate and productise their own competences according to current industry needs.

The student is able to analyze their own competence and role as a professional in the field of cultural management. The student can analyze their own expertise and put it into perspective with the industry needs. The student can evaluate and describe their skills and competencies in a variety of ways, using written, visual and oral communication. The student is able to evaluate and productise their own competencies.
