Objective

After completing the course, students will be able to:
- apply the main principles of strategic management in their work
- analyse strategic measures and indicators
- understand the perspectives and background of the importance of diversity management
- lead diverse work communities, taking into account the specificities of the organisation and service provision
- apply multidisciplinarity in the management of services

The student will be able to
- describe the strategic management and operations of the organisation and the values and visions that define it
- use indicators to assess strategic performance in management
- identify the specific characteristics of different organisations and service provision activities
from a diversity management perspective
- define the role of multidisciplinarity in the management of diverse work communities

The student will be able to
- analyse the organisation's strategic management and operations, and the values and visions that define them
- apply a range of strategic performance indicators in management
- analyse the specific characteristics of different organisations and service provision activities
