Objective

The students know how to study in a self-guiding way and are able to act as responsible students and commit to the polytechnic community and studies in social services. The students are able to set learning goals for themselves, plan their study and career paths, observe the progress of their studies and evaluate what they have learned. The students promote their work life and employment skills and are able to market their skills in work life.
The students are able to reflect on their skills based on the professional fields of expertise in social pedagogy . The students are able to review and develop their work. They are capable of evaluating
professional knowledge in the social field and to renew their own societal competence. The students know how to
establish partnerships between education and work life. The students are responsible professionals in the social field.

Content

Each semester the students take part in small group team work, which supports planning the studies and career and supports professional development.
