Objective
The student is able to evaluate the influence of work, work community and one’s own actions on workplace wellbeing. The student understands the factors influencing wellbeing at work and how to function as a member of a work community. The student is able to produce new ideas and methods for promoting wellbeing at work and contributes to the developing of his/her own and the wellbeing of the work community. The student can search for and evaluate evidence-based research information relevant to personal and work community wellbeing. The student is able to construct his/her own workplace wellbeing plan.
