Objective

The student knows the principles and parties of real property development. They understand the importance of real property development to the economy of public and private actors. The student understands the factors of real property development. They can evaluate the property market situation, know the principles of land use planning, can estimate the costs and timetable of building design and construction process, and develop options for real property development.

Content

Finding and recognizing potential objects for real property development, acquiring real property, development of land use plans, building process and permits, market analysis, selling and renting of real property.
