Objective
After completing the course, the student will:
• Understand the significance of self-knowledge as an essential worklife skill.
• Identify their skills acquired through work, education, and hobbies.
• Recognize their strengths as employee.
• Identify important values and motivational factors.
• Be able to identify and articulate areas of interest and career goals.
• Know how to explore various career opportunities.

Teaching methods
Self-knowledge is one of the most important skills now and in the future. Through self-knowledge, it is possible to explore suitable career options, tell about the skills in job searching, discover various ways to complement one's own expertise, and navigate changes in the workplace. This course utilizes the Skills Profile -workbook. Through the course assignments, the students construct their own skills profile, which they can use in career planning and job searching in various ways after the course.
Course is suitable for everyone, regardless of their field and educational background.

Each of the five sections of the course includes informational content, examples, and various exercises where the student reflects on their own skills from different perspectives. The course can be completed at the student's own pace and to the depth they find necessary.
