Objective

During the course, the student familiarizes himself with the study practices of the Metropolia and the Construction Architecture degree, as well as the future professional field.
After completing the course, the student can use the services offered by the Metropolia, promote his studies and, if necessary, apply for support for his studies. The student understands his role as an exploratory learner and the importance of this from the point of view of continuous learning.
The student understands the principles and importance of teamwork skills and self-direction and knows how to act as an active member of a group. The student can evaluate the effects of his own actions on both his own and others' actions.

Student workload

Obtaining a mark of the course requires 80% participation in classroom instruction and guidance, etc.
Student´s workload is 27 h / ects, which includes contact teaching and independent work of the student.
Studies and the working load of the rehearsals are sized as per the all-time studies.
Obtaining a mark of the course requires that all course assignments are done satisfactorily.
If the course has a preliminary exam, it must be passed before student will start the course.
