Objective

On completion of the course, the student can work as a member of a project team, and knows the tasks and responsibilities of the team members as well as the methods and reports related to project work.

Content

The student will develop skills to carry out an advanced task in his or her professional field.
The course is carried out either as a working life project or as a special project specified by Metropolia.
The project can be carried out in cooperation with a company.
The purpose of the course is to give the student an opportunity to apply all his skills and knowledge in a wider practical assignment with numerous different tasks that is part of the operations of a construction company.

The student recognises the different stages of a construction site and can act as a member of the project team with guidance.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student can explain the different stages of a construction site and can act as a member of the project team.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to the requirements listed above, the student can contribute to all stages of construction.
