Objective

The student
• knows the mechanisms available for persisting data using ORM (object-relation mapping)
• is able to control persistence conflicts using optimistic locking
• knows how to develop rapid prototypes and use those in user testing as well as utilise frameworks available in a modern platform
• is able to flexibly apply both OO and FP in application development.

Content

• Fast prototyping using SwiftUI
• User testing and utilisation of testing results
• Data modelling and ORM with Core Data, and resolution of conflicts
• Object-oriented and functional programming using Swift programming language
