Objective
On completion of the course the student can manage a construction project following the principles of project management. The student can act according to the risk management plan created for the project.

The nature of the project: parties involved, responsibilities and demands
Project planning
Carrying out the project and cooperation
Project communication plan and reporting
Practical example of managing a construction project

On completion of the course the student
- can explain basic concepts related to project management
- can create a project plan for the innovation project
- can create a project plan for a practice site

In addition to the requirements listed above, the student
- can participate in project preparation meetings and act as a team member
- can create a risk management plan for a construction project.
