Objective
On completion of the course, the student can create a cost estimate based on man-hour consumption. The student can use a target cost budget
in task planning, supervising a task, controlling the site expenses and registering realised costs. The student can participate in competitive bidding using the usual documents, and in controlling project costs.
The student is able to use IT in cost estimation and cost control.

- can perform task based cost controlling
- can describe the process of competitive bidding and related documents

- can perform comparison calculations to be used in site supervision
- can estimate the cost effects of changes to work methods or schedules at a site
- can describe the overall cost structure of a site and calculate a cost estimate
- can use IT applications in cost calculations and site supervision.
