Theory exam retake can be tried twice on pre-scheduled times, in case of failure in both the course has to be repeated. Elevating grade can be tried once in next possible retake. Enrollment into retake is always done on the name of teacher responsible for the course (Alexis Mbeutcha) . Instructions how to enroll for retake are found in Oma.
International connections
Student can complete the course or parts of it with a Finnish-speaking group.
Completion alternatives
It is possible to apply total or partly AHOT/RPL (recognition of prior learning) based on earlier studies, according to AHOT-guidelines (please see OMA). The AHOT process must be commenced before the course begins. The student going through the process must enroll on the course as usual and attend on orientation so the compensatory activities can be agreed. Decision of partial AHOT must be presented to the responsible teacher prior to course orientation.

Further information
Participation in orientation is compulsory.
There is 80% required participation for theory lectures. In case of absence student is required to ask teacher for instructions on how to compensate.
Student will not be admitted to skills labs if they have not completed the required pre-task. Participation in clinical laborations is compulsory. The student should actively seek to participate in a corresponding group in case they miss own skills labs.
Students are required to wear appropriate protective uniforms in clinical laborations. Instructions given in asepsis lectures are being followed during practice, as well as other common principles for clinical laborations.
