Objective

After completing the course, the student
• understands the basics of Linux operating system and knows how to manage it via command line
• knows Linux filesystem hierarchy, is able to manage files and folders and their permissions
• is able to install the operating system and manage network, storage, and service settings, create and manage users, and install new software
• is also able to manage different services in Linux
• knows how to manage database services and knows the basics of databases.
