Objective

The student may choose to take minor instrument studies or other supplementary studies in artistic expression for a total of six hours per semester with the teacher of their own choice. The aim of the course is to give the student the opportunity to either deepen their skills in the artistic field of their choice or to familiarize themselves with a minor instrument supporting the expression of their main instrument.

NOTE! If a student wishes to study piano as a minor instrument, they are advised to take part in group teaching on the subject. Likewise, the student will still have the opportunity to take other instrument studies in addition to the main instrument as included in the main instrument 1-8 courses.

Content

The mode of work is independent study according to the instructions given by the teacher. It might be practical to arrange classes e.g. once a month to give the student time to practice.
