Objective
The student knows group teaching methods and is able to conduct group tuition in their own instrument. The student is able to construct a culture of positive group dynamics and is able to identify learning processes both in individuals and the group. The student is able to apply diverse teaching methods in different learning situations. The student is able to choose appropriate musical and pedagogical materials considering their group’s needs. The student is able to give constructive group feedback while being supportive and respective of individual strengths. The student is able to evaluate how prepared the group is for improvisation and is able to apply different teaching methods to develop improvisation skills in the group.

Stages of group development, interaction, collaboration skills and group dynamics, differentiation of teaching, pedagogy of improvisation, individual and collaborative reflection, observation of teaching and learning, ePortfolio, instrumental group teaching practice.

The student is familiar with methods of group instrumental instruction and is able to conduct group lessons for their instrument. The student is able to create a culture of positive group dynamics and is able to identify learning processes both in individuals and in the group. The student is able to use a variety of teaching methods in different learning environments and is able to select musical and pedagogical materials based on the needs of the group. The student is able to give constructive group feedback while being supportive and respectful of the strengths of individuals.
The student recognizes the group's ability to improvise and is able to apply different teaching methods in the development of group improvisation skills. The student is able to reflect on and evaluate their own skills, activities and pedagogical learning processes both orally and in writing.
Qualifications
The student is able to creatively apply learner-oriented teaching methods in the one-to-one tuition of their instrument. The student is capable of constructive interaction and goal-directed teaching in music pedagogy. The student knows how to plan and implement teaching based on the learner’s strengths. The student can reflect their own pedagogical thinking and activities.
