Objective

Students are able to:
- promote combining new information with existing information and responsible use of information benefiting those working in rehabilitation as part of their work
- assess the information and sources required for critically developing rehabilitation and search for evidence-based information efficiently
- make use of their interactive capabilities when processing information in order to develop their own competence and that of their working and learning communities
- assess their own strengths and areas for improvement by drawing up a personal development plan
- reflect on and assess their self-management and expert competence as part of activities of the community

Ethicalness is shown in client interaction.
Activities forming a coherent whole are produced together with the client in a multi-faceted way, crossing boundaries.
The aim is set together, and it guides the collaboration.
Managing change:
Change processes are implemented in a controlled way, renewing present practices.
Activities involve boundary crossing in networks.
Prerequisites for functioning, the process and outcomes are assessed in a way that guides functioning.
An open and confidential atmosphere is built up.
