Objective
The student is able to act responsibly in the roles of supervisor and employer’s representative. S/he knows the obligations (e.g. as an equal opportunity employer) set out in labour law and collective labour agreements and required by the norms that govern working life.
And S/he knows how to foster welfare in the work community and has competence to act in problematic situations at work.

• Welfare at work from the perspectives of the law and personnel administration

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Excellent performance in all elements of the course: shows interest and motivation in individual and team activities and assignments, fully applies and clearly articulates concepts and information both verbally and in writing. The student is able to support his/her argument with references to the recommended reading and lecture content. Excellent presentation delivery and analysis.
