Objective

The student is familiar with the basic tools and techniques of Digital Sculpting used in 3D technology and can produce 3D models used in 3D and XR applications.

- Digital Sculpting of organic and geometric 3D models
- Texturing of models
- 3D model optimisation for XR applications

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows the working methods of digital sculpture and is able to implement digital sculpture at a basic level.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student masters the working methods of digital carving and is able to plan, select and implement different workflows and justify choices.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has an excellent command of digital carving work processes and related tools and is able to justify his / her choice. The student is able to apply and research new methods independently in assignments. The student is able to implement demanding digital sculptures with high quality. The student is able to plan the use of time well.

The student knows the working methods of digital sculpture and is able to implement digital sculpture at a basic level.
