Objective

The student
• becomes familiar with the basics of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• is able to create an information model for a building and use it for making drawings, interior design, lists of quantities and other project management tasks
• is able to utilise the information model in interior architectural design
• is able to present plans as technical drawings and three-dimensional visualisations in digital form
• is able to publish drawings and presentations and make print files from them.

The student
• has partially achieved the objectives of the course
• understands the possibilities offered by information modelling and is able to use basic tools
• is able to utilise an information model in interior architecture design, and is able to present plans as technical drawings and three-dimensional visualisations in digital form
• is able to publish drawings and presentation images and prepare print files from them
• has successfully completed the assignments.

The student
• has achieved the objectives of the course well
• has a good understanding of the possibilities offered by information modelling and is able to use basic tools
• is able to utilise an information model in interior architecture design, and to present plans as technical drawings and three-dimensional visualisations in digital form
• is able to publish drawings and presentation images and prepare print files from them
• has successfully completed the course assignments and has been able to apply what they have learnt in carrying them out.
