Objective

The student will be able to have an active role in process modelling, analysis and development projects. The student will be able to document a process with a process development tool

Content

Basic concepts and terminology of process mapping and development. Performance development and building the scrorecards. Economical calculation tools; Active base costing, target costing and life cycle costing.
