Objective
The student is able to implement and manage multidisciplinary projects in different working life settings by applying creative activities and arts, in a co-creative way. The student is able to work in a constructive and reformative manner in relevant networks. They are able to identify and expand their networks in the use of creativity and arts to promote well-being, and utilise the results of previous development work in their own projects. The student is able to understand the essence needed in managing the practices, methods and solutions related to the use of creativity and arts to promote well-being, as well as critically reflect on them in a research-based manner.
In the individual development project, the student is able to construct a culture based on compassion and dialogical interaction in multidisciplinary operational environments. The student is able to operate in an ethical way, with respect to the experiences of others, and understands different contexts. The student is able to contribute to the promotion of accessibility and equality of creative activities. The student is able to utilise digitality and versatile communication and documentation methods in their development work.

The students are able to implement multidisciplinary projects in different working life settings by applying creative activities and arts. The students are able to work in a constructive manner in collaborative settings and develop new approaches. They are able to utilise the results of previous development work and evidence-based data in their own projects. They are able to understand practices, methods and solutions related to the use of creativity and arts to promote well-being, and is able to utilise them in the planning, implementation and management of their own projects. In the individual development project, the students are able to operate in an ethical way, with respect to the experiences of others. The students are able to utilise digitality and versatile communication and documentation methods in their development work. They are able to create, in multidisciplinary interaction, new solutions to foster the use of creativity, culture and arts to promote the well-being and health of individuals and communities.
