Objective

After completing the bachelor's thesis, students are able
- to identify development needs or problems in the world of work and their professional field and to seek solutions for them
- to use reliable information from a variety of sources to narrow down the project and to provide a foundation for their work
- to use their professional skills and appropriate methods and practices in their development work
- to implement a research and development project that benefits the world of work, their professional field and competence independently, responsibly and in collaboration with others
- to communicate clearly by providing solid justification and examples to a peer community as well as other audiences
- to report on the results of their work, evaluate them and bring forward development suggestions in an appropriate manner in a written, oral and visual form.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Bachelor's thesis is linked to the student’s professional field. Implementation of the project and the text of the report need improvement. Referencing is inadequate.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Bachelor's thesis is relevant to the industry. Implementation and methods are appropriate. Text of the project report is fluent. Student has used sources that are pertinent to the topic.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Bachelor's thesis advances the field. Results are valuable and applicable. Implementation and methods are appropriate to the topic and the methods have been used skilfully. Text of the report is impeccable. Use of sources is comprehensive and diverse.
