Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able define or describe the subject matter related to the concepts and phenomena qualitatively and calculate the associated basic quantitative comparisons and calculations.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to apply, calculate, change and choose the concepts related to the matter and phenomena qualitatively and calculate the basic quantitative calculations as well as to complete and produce the necessary information for the calculations.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students is able to categorize, collect, combine and generalize the concepts related to the matter and phenomena qualitatively and calculate the basic quantitative calculations as well as derive and rearrange given basic information.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student is able define or describe the subject matter related to the concepts and phenomena qualitatively and calculate the associated basic quantitative comparisons and calculations.

Prerequisites

The student understands the basics of environmental chemistry related to water treatment. The student recognises selected environmental engineering processes and equipment as part of the process.
