Objective

The students can plan and execute an edited content package to radio or other auditory distribution channel. They can present their ideas and develop them based on received feedback. The students are familiar with formal and narrative modes of long, edited radio programs. They can technically execute multiform sound narratives and use appropriate equipment. They can analyze radio works and reflectively analyze their own auditive expression. They know the major distribution channels of audio journalism. They can compose a production schedule and a sales package for their project.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Students plan and execute a simple content package to radio or to another audio distribution medium. They present their ideas and execute them satisfactorily using basic means of sound engineering and sound narration. They recognize their own skill levels. Students have acceptable participation in class and complete the assignments to a satisfactory standard, and are able to produce project documentation.

Students plan and execute a content package to radio or to another audio distribution medium. They present their ideas and develop them based on the feedback. They plan and execute well their project using appropriate methods of sound engineering and sound narration. They produce a production plan and a sales package for their project. They are able to reflect on their own competencies, actively participate in class and complete the assignments to a good standard.

Students plan and execute a versatile content package to radio or to another audio distribution medium. They present their ideas and actively develop them based on the feedback. They plan and execute excellently their project using advanced methods of sound engineering and sound narration. They produce a professional production plan and a sales package for their project. They are able to reflect on their own competencies in a versatile way, actively participate in class and complete the assignments to an excellent standard.
