The student
- Has key knowledge in the development of evidence based management of midwifery care
- Has key knowledge in applying the working methods that strengthen one's own and work community’s wellbeing as well as self-management methods
- Has comprehensive knowledge in development of the quality of student guidance
- Is able to build midwifery networks with domestic and international stakeholders
- Has key knowledge in developing midwifery care in accordance with the sustainable development

- Has key knowledge in recognizing opportunities to improve working conditions and wellbeing
- Recognizes opportunities to improve student guidance
- Recognizes opportunities to do domestic and international midwifery networking
- Has key knowledge in working in accordance with the sustainable development

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student
- Has key knowledge in evaluating opportunities to improve management in their own work unit / organization
- Has key knowledge in applying work methods that strengthen one's own and work unit’s wellbeing
- Has comprehensive knowledge in improving quality of student guidance in their work unit
- Has comprehensive knowledge in domestic midwifery networking
- Has key knowledge in evaluating own work unit from the perspective of sustainable development

The student
- Has proficient knowledge in the development of evidence based management of midwifery management.
- Has key knowledge in applying the working methods that strengthen one's own and work community’s wellbeing as well as self-management methods
- Has comprehensive knowledge in development of the quality of student guidance
- Is able to build networks of midwifery with networks and stakeholders nationally and internationally
- Has key knowledge in developing midwifery care in accordance with the sustainable development
