Objective

The student is able to acquire up-to-date knowledge from his/her own technical field by getting acquainted to recent international publications and to apply that knowledge to his/her own duties. More precise learning outcomes depend on the topic of the seminar. The topic is however always linked to an engineering filed applying intelligent industrial solutions.

Content

The contents of the course change yearly as well as within one course implementation. A single student or a student group covers deeply the contents of one recent publication or a series of publications of his/her/their field of engineering. The course is completed typically by writing documents, giving seminar presentations, doing exercises and/or running projects related to the publication(s).
