Objective

- understand the knowledge base of the profession
- understand the importance of data in developing services, improving the customer experience and in decision making of the social and health care field
- are aware of the challenges and responsibilities of managing various data material.
- recognize and are able to make use of the many opportunities of digitisation of social and health care services
- are able to communicate fluently and efficiently in English in their professional study and work assignments at home and abroad

Exam schedules

In order to complete the English section of the course, the student must attend every English lesson (100% attendance) and do the assigned homework and take the exam. The English exam will be announced in the first lesson.
