- Has proficient knowledge in evaluating the quality of midwifery care using collected data and quality indicators
- Has comprehensive knowledge in training the development of evidence based childbirth in midwifery care.

- Has key knowledge in developing evidence based childbirth in midwifery care.
- Knows the key quality indicators in childbirth
- Has key knowledge in training own work community on needs of evidence based development in midwifery care during childbirth
- Has key knowledge in identifying need for new midwifery care operating models in childbirth.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student
- Has comprehensive knowledge in adopting midwifery care models and in developing evidence based midwifery care during childbirth.
- Knows the key quality indicators in childbirth and their purpose for improving the quality of care
- Has comprehensive knowledge in training own work community in the development of evidence based midwifery care during childbirth
- Has comprehensive knowledge in developing new midwifery care operating models in childbirth in their own organization.
