Objective
The student is knowledgeable of the principles of lower extremity orthotic therapy. The student is able to plan and prepare customized foot pressure relieving applications and toe orthosis. The student is able to utilize different pressure relieving methods and toe orthosis materials in various ways. The student is able to assess the impact of pressure relieving applications and toe orthosis. The student is able to combine orthotic therapy as part of the client’s other podiatric therapy.
